India has nothing to do with the Mediterranean, except that I am visiting India right now. Of course, as a Mediterranean diet promoter and dietitian, I look for similarities and differences with the Mediterranean diet. I see that animal protein is used in small amounts and that there are a lot of vegetarians and vegans [...] When I decided I was going to spend a few days in Paris, I wondered where I would be eating some ‘real’ super amazing good food; something so good that it would knock me off my chair. I live for experiences like that; in food, in traveling or in relationships and I accumulate lasting memories [...] Last week I had to leave my dear Mediterranean Sea for a short trip to Paris. I was lucky to enjoy perfect weather while I was there. It was cooler and somewhat rainy before I arrived and after I left, the weather angels were with me on that one. I think of Paris as a [...] This week I am feeling a little more French! Drinking more coffee, black but still with a little sugar, as most people drink plain espresso here and I am also on a croissant kick. I am taking a break from the usual dietitian’s breakfast consisting of a high fiber cereal with soy milk, a fruit [...] Last week I went into « Le Var » which is a region of Provence with 190 miles of shore land on the Mediterranean Sea. The most famous town of this region has to be St-Tropez, where French stars have a summer homes and Brigitte Bardot was probably one of the best known international star to bring [...] I am so sorry; I have been so busy going places that I have not taken the time to write about it. But please, stay tuned as have been to beautiful places and want to share these experiences, stories and pictures with you. It has been a wonderful week indeed.
